Font & Co.
Refund Policy
Font & Co.: Refund Policy for Company Formation Services
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Definition of "Filing"
For purposes of this policy, a submission is considered “filed” at the moment Font & Co. transmits the formation documents to the Florida Division of Corporations, not at the moment the client submits the form to Font & Co., and not at the moment the State confirms approval.
Before Filing
If a refund is requested before your documents have been filed with the State of Florida, you are eligible for a full refund of the Font & Co. formation fee, minus any add-on fees already fulfilled (see below).
After Filing
Once your formation documents have been filed with the State of Florida, the formation fee is non-refundable, regardless of outcome, because Font & Co. has completed the work and incurred associated costs at that point.
EIN Registration Fee
Refundable before Font & Co. submits the EIN application to the IRS. Non-refundable once submitted, regardless of outcome.
Registered Agent Fee
Refundable before the registered agent designation is filed with the State. Non-refundable once the designation is active, on a non-prorated basis for the then-current service term.
If the State Rejects Your Filing
- If rejection results from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the client, no refund will be issued. Font & Co. will assist with correction and resubmission; additional state fees, if any, are the client's responsibility.
- If rejection results from an administrative error by Font & Co., Font & Co. will correct and resubmit the filing at no additional charge, or issue a refund at Font & Co.'s discretion.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a fee that falls under the “non-refundable” provisions of this policy, without first contacting Font & Co., may result in suspension of services related to your formation.
